In this segment we're going to work on the back of the neck on each side of the spine and this helps the bladder. So, I always use a good amount of oil to work in this area to make sure that I get it, spread around good in the back and shoulder area, because I start with working into this. I use my knuckles and kind of go down in and out, this is my general just getting into this. So, I'm going to actually lift her face up and easier to work on this side of, having her actually look the other way. Do both sides and I'm just going to kind of work on either side of the spine and the back of the neck area going up to the base of the skull. A lot of people carry tension in their neck area and the shoulders.
