The webcam application enables you to tune the brightness, contrast, gamma, hue, saturation and sharpness. Since the camera's picture quality can vary depending on the time of day and amount of available lighting, you can use preset profiles rather than manually adjusting the picture each time.

Click "Start" and select "All Programs." Open the "TOSHIBA" folder. Click "Utilities" and select "Web Camera Application."
Hover the mouse over the left or right side of the screen to show the camera options. Click the first button from the top to launch the webcam.
