PPP stands for "Point-to-Point Protocol." It is a common protocol that you use to create a connection between two networking nodes. A PPP adaptor is identified by an IP (Internet Protocol) address. You can renew and change the IP address if you experience error messages while browsing the Web on Internet Explorer browser. Note that you will need administrative rights and privileges to complete this task.
