You can achieve a targeted weight loss goal when you follow a definite plan. Losing weight and keeping it off depends upon you and your willingness to stick to your weight-loss strategy. Assess your diet. Fried chicken and other fried meats as well as snack foods such as crisps have high fat content and remain in the stomach for a long time prior to digestion.
