"We're starting on our second section on Ashley's hair. And remember like the first one we're going to take that first section, okay and take that first part that we're going to start our three, make sure you grab your tuft of hair. That last tuft I actually took too much I think and so to make it a little bit easier to work with I just cut that in half or just spliced it in half. Okay so remember, how many pieces are we going to do? Three. Three pieces to start with. Okay that first one's going to go down. You're going to put the false hair over top of it, make sure you even out, make sure they're even on the bottom. Okay. And you're going to bring that middle around, so you've done your first little braid right there. Make sure to grab, hold on, do one more. I'm going to do one more for safe keeping. Then I'm going to grab the first tuft of hair, add that, hold on to it tight so you don't let it get loose. Then with that other section of hair grab that other tuft. Don't get frustrated if it doesn't happen the first few times, okay? Don't give up okay? So now we're just going to start okay? Remember we're taking from hand to hand we're going to pass them off. Okay so I have this little section of hair that doesn't have any extension and that's okay but I do need to add some of her natural hair and add that to that to start the actual cornrow. That's the difference between just a normal braid and a French braid or a cornrow. You're adding hair each time. Okay. So here we go we're going to keep adding. Okay then you add some more. You're passing it off from hand to hand, grab some more hair, put it in between your pointer finger and your middle finger. Okay. Grab it with the other hand. Do you see how I'm doing that with my hands here? Grab that, grab that other section with your pointer and your middle and then your middle and your ring finger. Okay. Grab some hair, stick it with the bottom piece, take the top piece and take this piece over here on the side. What are you going to do with this? Put it underneath and you're going to add some more hair."

on 11/05/2009 I agree with Tiffanyrose. 1)You are too rough in handling her hair. It is a person, not a styling head. 2)You are using TOO much hair and 3) The cornrows are not correctly done and do not look good at all. No disrespect intended, but cornrows, cornrow extentions, braids & braid extention on Black hair is not your forte. You need quite a bit of training/practice yourself, before you can show others. Pull up some pix of braid styles on the internet, so you can see what they should look like.
