"Okay so we're that much closer to getting ready to cornrow some extensions into Ashley's hair. One really important note would be get comfortable. Some times when you're braiding somebodies hair to this extent and it's more than just like one or two braids. A lot of times you could be sitting, putting extensions in and cornrowing someones hair anywhere from one hour to four hours. Sometimes it really takes a long time. Today it's not going to be as long. That's why I'm standing and it's a little bit easier to show you guys what and how to do this with me standing. So I would suggest get some pillows, sit down on the couch, make sure your back is supported on the couch. And make sure that the person whose getting their hair done is also in a comfortable position because sometimes they could have their neck sitting like that for long periods of time and they can get a crick in their neck. So make sure you make your client or your friend or whoevers hair you're doing also in a comfortable position so you both have a very, very positive experience."
