Whether you're an actor who needs a 5 o'clock shadow for a role you're playing, or you simply want enough stubble to wax a part of your body, inducing your stubble to grow faster is relatively easy. Stubble appears in different parts of your body after you've waxed, shaved, or used a depilatory. With the combination of supplements and a few tips, you can make your stubble grow faster.

Instructions

    Medications and Supplements

  1. 1

Take vitamin E supplements. Vitamin E promotes hair and nail health and growth. The recommended dose for adults is 15 milligrams per day. You can also use vitamin E oil to rub on the surface of your skin to promote hair growth.

  2. 2

Use Rogaine on your skin. Rogaine is an over-the-counter topical hair treatment which slows or stops hair loss and promotes hair growth. Apply Rogain to the section of skin where you'd like your stubble to grow. Follow the directions included in the box.

  3. 3

Take a biotin supplement. Biotin is a water-soluble B complex vitamin which promotes hair growth. Individuals with a biotin deficiency have experienced hair loss in such extreme places as their eyebrows, eyelashes, and genital hair. Taking biotin and vitamin E supplements can really speed up your hair growth.

    Natural Methods

  1. 1

Wait for age to kick-in. The older you become, the faster your hair grows. Though men may tend to lose their head hair as they grow older, the speed with which they can grow their beards increases. Also, if you're a teenager, you'll increase the rapidity of stubble growth greatly by simply waiting a few years. Men typically can't produce or grow sufficient stubble, until they're well into their mid-twenties.

  2. 2

Enjoy the summer, since this season causes hair to grow fastest. The hormone dihydrotestosterone is produced because of testosterone, which is most active during warmer months. This hormone is also produced when sexual activity increases. Though science hasn't proven this inconclusively, you might want to begin a summer romance to encourage your stubble to grow faster.

  3. 3

Exfoliate your skin. Dead skin cells rest on the top layer of the skin, sometimes impeding the hair growth there. Use a loofah sponge or an exfoliating scrub and gently rub your skin in the shower. This should clear away the dead cells and clear the way for your stubble to grow.
