Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a traditional potato salad. Okay, now we're going to just cut up a little red onion for our traditional potato salad. A lot of it is for the color, but the red onion has a unique taste of its own. We're just going to cube that the same way we did our brown onion. Give us some color because we'll see that red mixed in the potato salad. Let's cut us another little piece here. There we got our red onion diced and ready to mix in, and we'll move on to our next step.
