As of 2010, Bosch makes four models of Tassimo brand single-cup hot beverage brewers. All four -- the T65, T20 (Amia), Home Brewing System and Suprema T45 -- use the Tassimo beverage disk (t-disk) plastic and foil capsules and can brew more than 40 types of drinks. Some models are available in red, white and "Twilight Titanium," a metallic grey, in addition to basic black. The most significant difference among the models is price.
The T20 has a large brew button and four indicator lights above it; the automatic indicator shows the machine is ready to brew, the manual indicator allows the user to stop brewing early for stronger drinks or extend the brewing for weaker ones. The other two indicators let the user know it is time to refill the water tank or to clean (descale) the machine. T65's LED indicators are arranged in a circle around the main power button. The machine also has a touch control for instructions in English, French or Spanish. The adjustable cup stand is lighted to help the user see the beverage as it is brewing in case adjustments are needed. In addition to its chrome appointments, Tassimo Suprema has a stainless steel drip tray.
T65 has a 1,803 ml (61 fl oz) water tank. It weighs 3.08 kg (6.8 lb) and is 27.5 cm (11 inches) high, 20 cm (8 inches) wide and 33 cm (13 1/4) inches deep. This model also uses a Mavea water filtration system. T20 is smaller at just under 20 cm (8 inches) wide, 27.5 cm (11 inches) high and only 35 cm (11 3/4 inches) deep. The unfiltered water reservoir holds 1.5 litres, (50.7 fl oz) and the entire machine weighs 2.54 kg (5.6 lb). T20 has a flow-through water heater. The Intermediate Home Brewer is the same size as the T65, but only weighs 2.54 kg (5.6 lb) The water reservoir holds 2 litres (68 fl oz) and does not come with a filter. It does have an adjustable cup stand. The Suprema features a Mavea Maxtra water tank and an adjustable cup stand. The machine has the same size specs as a T65 but weighs 2.95 kg (6.5 lb).
As of December 2013, the T65 cost £80 at John Lewis or Currys. Both Suprema models cost £90.91, and T20 Amia was the least expensive at £45. Accessories include colourful brewer kits for the T20 (£14.99). A water filtration system kit is available for £5.10. Descaling powder costs £4.50. Caddies for various flavours and types of beverage disks cost about £13.
