Cooking directions

Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C. Wash, dry and cut broccoli into florets and place in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, add together the wet ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, and honey. Mix well.

Pour the soy–Sriracha sauce over the large bowl with broccoli and stir with a spoon. Then, evenly spread the broccoli across the baking sheet. Cook in the oven for at least 15 minutes, or until the broccoli begins to crisp. Remove from the oven and transfer the broccoli back into the large bowl. Add the toasted nuts and green onions. Serve over brown or white rice.
