Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I am a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. How to get a six-pack in a gym. The things that you will need for this are: an ab machine, some gloves and some space. This is a great way to start. I'm going to grab the handles I am going to let my feet hang. And if you just hang here, you are working the abdominal muscles. You don't want to sink in the shoulders at all, tall spine. I am going to bring my knees in and down. So, I am just going straight up and down with the knees. To make it a little harder, extend the legs long. So, my back is up against the back thing there, lifting and lowering, you can even make it a little bit more challenging, add the knees with a twist. So, I am working obliques now. Don't sink in the shoulders. So, you got this one straight up, hitting right in the center. Extended leg makes it a little bit harder, bend the knees, a little twist, a little corkscrew. And it's really working the obliques. Forward, you can mix it up. Maybe knee, long limb, whatever you want to do. But, that's a great way to get the abs warmed up, keep doing that everyday, you are going to get a six-pack no matter what.
