Golf Scholarships in the UK

Updated February 21, 2017

Golf scholarships allow talented students who wish to continue developing their golfing skills to offset some or all of the costs of either their training or their education. The purpose of these scholarships vary depending on the reasons they were created but the majority are intended to nurture future talent in the sport while providing students with a means to finish their educations.

Bournemouth University

Bournemouth University offers £975 of golf services and materials to students who succeed at a stroke play tournament. The scholarship is renewable on an annual basis, based on the performance of the student. Fifteen awards are available and each successful applicant is expected either "demonstrate potential" at golf, or represent her country at "colts or senior" level.
