Connect your USB data cable for the HTC EVO 4G to the phone and to a USB port on your computer.
Choose "Disk Drive" when the phone asks you to choose a connection mode. Click "Done."
Navigate to your "Removable Disk" drive on your computer. Your computer will display your phone as a "Removable Disk." On Windows XP, this will be under "Start" and "My Computer." On Windows Vista or Windows 7, this will be under "Start" and "Computer." Double-click the drive folder to open it.
Look for your photo files in this folder. To move them from this folder to your computer memory, click and drag the files to your desktop or any other desired location. This will download the files to your computer. When you have finished transferring the files, disconnect the phone.
