Alienware PCs come in a wide range of configurations. Like all PCs, each Alienware model contains a basic input output system, otherwise known as a BIOS. The BIOS utility allows the user to modify computer hardware settings, which could be needed for adding a new hard drive or upgrading the RAM memory. The process for entering the BIOS utility is essentially the same for all Alienware PCs.
