How do I make a paper Link Legend of Zelda origami?

Updated July 20, 2017

"Legend of Zelda" is one of Nintendo's most popular video game series. It features a hero, Link, going out to save a princess by the name of Zelda in a number of settings and scenarios depending on the individual game. For fans of the game, there is an origami version of Link that they can create. To create the model all you need is a printer and some glue.

Cut out each of the pieces on the paper. Be careful to not cut off the flaps.

Fold and bend each of the pieces on the dotted lines. On the areas that have brown triangles cutting into the piece, fold them into each other. This will give the paper craft its shape and definition.

Match the letters together with the bended flaps and other pieces.

Glue each of the matching pieces together and allow them to dry.

Tip

Consider putting a small stone or some other small weight inside the feet of the model to prevent it from falling over. The model does not have to be put together in any order.
