If you think someone is making unauthorised phone calls from your landline, you might want to track those calls. Most network carriers provide a monthly log of incoming and outgoing calls. You can access this log online by logging in to your account.
Log in to your account on the network carrier's website. When your account page opens, go to the "My Bill" tab. It also may be labelled "Usage" (the terms vary on each carrier's website).
Select the "Call History" or "Call Log" option.
Select your filter option, such as "Outgoing calls" or "Long distance outgoing calls." It also may be labelled "Placed Calls." Under this header, you will find all the outgoing calls of the current billing cycle. Information provided includes the date, time, duration and destination of each call.
