MBT Goti boots are a line of leather boots designed and manufactured for women. The boots feature a special sole designed to improve, gait, posture and relieve pressure on your joints as well as exercising a large number of muscles while walking or standing. To determine what size MBT Goti boot to purchase, measure the length of your foot, then compare the length to the sizing chart.

  1. 1

Use a soft or fabric measuring tape to measure your foot length in inches. Measure from the tip of your longest toe to the end of your heel.

  2. 2

Compare your foot length to the MBT Goti Boot size chart (see Resources). A foot size measuring 8 1/4 inches would wear the smallest sized boot, a U.S. women's size 4. A foot measuring 11 5/8 inch would wear the biggest size, a U.S. women's size 14. If you are between sizes, purchase the bigger size. In addition to the length, foot width can determine size. MBT Goti boots are only available in a medium width, so if you normally wear a narrow shoe, you might wish to try a half size smaller boot for a snug fit, and if you typically wear a wide shoe, you might wish to try a half size larger boot for extra room.

  3. 3

Try on the shoes wearing the same type of socks you intend to wear with the boots. For example, if you plan to wear nylons with the boots, try them on with nylons, or if you intend to wear the boots with cotton socks, wear the same thickness you would normally wear with the boots. The thickness of the socks can effect the fit of the boots. If the boots are too loose, try a half size smaller, and if the boots are too small, try a boot a half size larger.
