  • 150 g (1 cup) flour
  • 240 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Spices to taste

    Mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the egg and milk until the batter is smooth. Let it stand for at least 20 minutes before using.
