Breakfast time açai
Break up the frozen acai into big chunks and place into a blender or food processor. Blend for about 15 seconds. Add half the banana, berries, and honey, blend for another 10 seconds.
Place granola in a bowl and pour the açaí mixture on top. Slice the remaining half banana. Serve immediately to keep the açaí from melting.
Tips and warnings
- Do not over blend otherwise the mixture may melt and liquefy. If you prefer the mixture with more liquid, add an ice cube.
