Slimming down without exercising or eating healthy proves nearly impossible. You can attempt temporary weight loss around the waist, though, with a sauna slim belt. A sauna slim belt helps you shed excess water weight, at least briefly, by causing you to sweat around the middle.
These popular belts run on batteries, and you can set the belt at different strengths.

Remove your sauna slim belt from the packaging. Place batteries in the control if they are not included.
Wear a T-shirt to protect your skin; sauna belts heat up and can burn sensitive skin.
Wrap the belt around your waist over the T-shirt. Secure the belt in the back using the hook and fasteners.
Use the control to set the heat level. Refer to the sauna slim belt's instruction manual for appropriate levels, as they vary from belt to belt. Set the timer; use the belt for 40 to 50 minutes at a time.
Lie on your back and rest while the belt heats.
