Yanmar Marine's JH Series is one of the manufacturer's most successful ranges of marine diesel engines. Compact and versatile, these engines encompass a wide range of power specifications for inboard marine propulsion, starting at a 39 horsepower engine. The Yanmar 110hp engine is the most powerful in the line.

General Engine Specs

The Yanmar 110HP is a 4-stroke, vertical, water-cooled, four cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 121.7 cubic inches. The engine has turbocharged aspiration and is equipped with four valves per cylinder for a total of 16 valves. It possesses a bore and stroke of 3.31 inches by 3.54 inches. The engine has flexible rubber mounts and a dry weight of 217 Kilogram.

Ignition, Combustion, and Lubrication Specs

The 110HP Yanmar utilises an electric 12 V starting system and a direct injection combustion system. It is cooled by a centrifugal water pump system and a rubber impeller seawater pump. It is equipped with a 12 V/80 A alternator, and an enclosed, forced lubricating system.

Power Output at Crankshaft Specs

The 110HP Yanmar Marine engine has maximum power output at crankshaft of 80.9kW at 3,200rpm and a continuous power output at crankshaft of 73.6kW at 3,101rpm. The direction of rotation of the crankshaft is counter clockwise, when viewed from the stern.
