Games provide language students with fun ways of learning words and the rules associated with a foreign language. The Spanish future tense indicates that an action will occur in the future, and this tense has both regular and irregular verb stems. You can practice these verb stems using games, and these games are for students at all levels. Generally, these games are free, and you can play them online.

Burrito Builder

In this game, you select your level of difficulty, ranging from easy to expert. You are given a question, and you must write the answer before an object on the bottom of the screen makes it to the type. You use your "Shift" key to add accents to letters and to move between different items on the screen. You can control the number of words on the screen that you have to answer and the speed at which items move up the screen. The goal is to complete as many words as possible and to build a burrito. You receive the names of six food items that you must translate into Spanish. You must type in one of these food words correctly to create a burrito.
