The traditional method of syncing iTunes to a computer is using a USB cable. Apple devices all come with their own USB cable. When you connect one end of the cable to the device and the other end to a laptop or computer, a window will appear on the browser prompting you to sync iTunes. With the click of a button, the sync will start. The device should remain connected until the process is complete.
Updating an Apple device to iOS 5 makes it possible to sync iTunes wirelessly. To set this up, connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to your computer using the USB cable and launch iTunes. Make sure both computer and device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Select your device in the sidebar and click "Summary." Scroll to "Options" and tick the "Sync with this (device) over Wi-Fi" box. To complete the process on your computer, click "Apply" before disconnecting your device. On the Apple device, go to "Settings," select "General" and choose "iTunes Wi-Fi sync" and "Sync now."
BlackBerry Media Sync
BlackBerry Media Sync is free to use on both PC and Mac to transfer selected songs or multiple playlists from iTunes to your BlackBerry device, although it won't let you sync a whole music library. After downloading and installing BlackBerry Media Sync from the BlackBerry website, connect your device to your computer using the USB cable. Click on "Music" and select "iTunes" as the preferred music application, if it is not automatically listed. Tick the box beside each iTunes playlist you wish to sync to your BlackBerry and click "Sync music" to start the process.
Several apps are available to sync iTunes between your computer and Android device. Sync Tunes Wireless lets you sync iTunes music, podcasts and videos from your computer to an Android device over Wi-Fi and is free to install from Google Play. Easy Phone Sync is another free app, which allows you to transfer iTunes music, podcasts and playlists to a Samsung Galaxy mobile. Other apps to transfer iTunes data to Android smartphones include iTunes to Android Sync and My Sync Center.
