Some Sony Bravia TVs come with a built-in Wi-Fi adaptor, but if yours didn't, there's no need to despair. You can add Wi-Fi capability to your Bravia TV using Sony's wireless adaptor. You can purchase the adaptor from local stores that sell Sony TVs and electronics, or through online retailers. The adaptor also works with Sony's line of Wi-Fi-ready Blu-ray players.

Things you need
- Sony UWA-BR100 Wireless Adapter
Insert the UWA-BR100 USB wireless adaptor into the USB port on the side of your Bravia TV.
Turn the TV on and press the "HOME" button on the remote.
Select the toolbox icon to open the "Settings" menu and then select "Network."
Choose "Network Setup" and then open "Wireless Setup." The next step depends on if your wireless network is secure and what security method you are using.
Select "WPS (Push Button)" or "WPS (PIN)" for networks with Wi-Fi protected set-up. Push button security allows you to press a button on your wireless router to connect the Wi-Fi adaptor. The PIN method is for routers without push button security. You must enter your network PIN to connect the Wi-Fi adaptor.
Select "Scan" to search for unsecured networks or networks without Wi-Fi protected set-up. The TV will display a list of available networks. Select your network from the list.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the set-up process.
