If your cell phone comes preinstalled with Garmin software, you can use Garmin IMEI converter. Garmin IMEI converter detects your cell phone and gives you the International Mobility Equipment Identification (IMEI) number, which you will use to unlock your phone. If you cannot access your phone's network or features, you will need to unlock it. Your cellphone provider can help you out with the unlocking process if you have trouble with your cell phone.
