How to Change the Toner in a Konica Minolta Bizhub C10

Updated February 21, 2017

The Konica Minolta Bizhub C10 combines the functionality of a printer, fax machine, scanner and copier into one unit. That allows computer owners to save both money and desk space, but as a printer owner you need to know how to change the toner and other consumables. Changing the toner in the Konica Minolta Bizhub C10 is not difficult, but you do need to learn how to do it properly.

Remove the new toner cartridge from the box and take off any packing material used to protect it in transit. Press the "TC Change" key on the Bizhub C10. Continue to press the key until the colour cartridge you need to replace is displayed.

Pull the scanner release lever and open the scanner unit. Pull the lever to open the cover.

Open the front cover of the Bizhub C10 and verify that the right toner colour is facing you. Grasp the toner cartridge by the handle and pull it free of the printer.

Shake the new toner cartridge to distribute the toner evenly. Grasp the toner by the handle and slide it into the printer. Press down on the cartridge until it snaps into place, then close the front cover and the engine cover.
