How to watch TV on the internet without viruses
Many sites with illegally streaming TV shows also contain viruses. (virus alert image by Pontus Edenberg from Fotolia.com)

When searching for television shows to watch on the Internet, you may find yourself at a site that has streaming video of all of your favourite shows. However, some of these sites link to illegally uploaded material, and many of them contain spyware, malware and Trojan viruses that can affect your computer and Internet connection. The best way to avoid this is to avoid illegal sites and use legitimate video streaming services such as Hulu, YouTube or the television network's official website. On these sites, however, you will have to watch brief commercial breaks during the TV show.
