Kiwi carries a line of shoe shine products available at most shoe stores and megastores. The shine products help pull out the natural lustre of the shoes, keeping them looking clean and like new. To extend the overall life of your shoes, use the Kiwi shoe shine every few weeks or as needed to keep the shoes looking their best.
- Skill level:
Things you need
- Soft cleaning cloths
- Natural bristle brush
- Kiwi protector
Remove the shoe laces from the shoes. Brush off loose dirt and build-up from the shoes with a natural bristle brush.
Drizzle a light coating of the Kiwi shoe shine onto a cleaning rag or the natural bristle brush and rub into the shoes. Rub in small gentle circular motions, adding additional Kiwi solution as needed. Work in sections, shining the toes, sides and back panel so you can make sure you have effectively shined all areas of the shoe.
Allow the shoes to fully air dry and buff the shoes with a natural bristle brush or clean rag. If you use a liquid shine, you do not need to buff the shoes. To buff, rub the cleaning rag or brush in small circular motions and buff firmly to pull out the natural lustre of the shoes. Buff sections at a time for an effective all-over buffing.
Apply a coating of Kiwi protector with a clean rag after using the shoe shine to reduce wear and tear of the shoes.
