When you need to copy many files, it is useful and time saving to implement a way to copy and paste multiple files at once. Although there are several ways to copy and paste multiple files, the best way is to use the Ctrl key. Other methods involve drawing a select box using the mouse or using the Shift key while clicking. However, these methods do not allow you to accurately select multiple files, but instead select chunks of files at a time.
Click on the files you want to copy. Hold down Ctrl as you click on each file to select multiple files.
Right click on one of the selected files, then click "Copy."
Click on the desktop or, if necessary, double click on "My Computer," then click through the folders to the one where you want to copy the files to.
Right click and click "Paste."
