A pivot table is a feature in Microsoft Access that allows you to reorganise and summarise detailed data by rows and columns. You can place a hyperlink in a pivot table if you want for a link in one section of the table lead to information located elsewhere. Adding a hyperlink to a pivot table takes only a moment to complete.

Open your pivot table form.

Click the row or column that will contain a hyperlink.

Click "Properties" in the "Pivot Table" toolbar.

Click the "Format" tab.

Select the check box next to "Display as hyperlink."
