Outlook 2007 is an e-mail and scheduling program that runs on Windows operating systems. The inbox in Outlook 2007 is by default scheduled to refresh at automatic intervals. If you do not want to wait for the inbox to refresh between these automatic intervals, you can manually refresh your Outlook 2007 inbox. Refreshing the inbox also refreshes the outbox.

Double-click the Outlook 2007 icon on your desktop or in the "Start" menu to open the program.

Move your cursor to the "Send/Receive" button.

Click "Send/Receive." You have now refreshed your Outlook 2007 inbox.

Tip

The inbox also automatically refreshes each time you send an e-mail.
