Written by ts jordan | 13/05/2017

Post Office Broadband is a UK cable-based high-speed Internet service. Installing your Post Office broadband service on your home computer requires you to first connect the modem to your computer, followed by configuring your computer to obtain an IP address from your service provider. It should take less than 15 minutes to get up and running.

Plug an Ethernet cable into the port at the back of your Post Office modem.

Plug the other end of the cable into the network port at the back of your computer.

Click "Start," type "cmd" (without quotes) in the "Search" box, and press "Enter."

Type "ipconfig /renew" and press "Enter" to obtain an IP address from Post Office for your PC.
