- Frosting decorating tips (optional)
Snip off the tip of one of the bottom corners of the zip-top bag. Optionally, insert the decorating tip into the bag and push the opening of the tip through the cut portion, leaving the rest of the tip in the bag.
Open the zip-top bag inside the jar. Fold the edges of the bag over the side of the mouth of the jar.
Transfer the frosting into the bag using a spatula.
Remove the bag from the jar and push the frosting down toward the cut corner.
Apply even pressure to the top of the bag to push the icing out through the cut corner.
