- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
- Romaine lettuce
- Low-fat salsa
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Flour tortillas
- Large skillet
- Oven preheated to 121 degrees C
Pour the ground turkey into the skillet and heat on medium-high heat until the meat has turned brown.
While the meat browns, place the tortillas in the oven and allow them to warm up and stay warm.
Chop the tomato into bite-size pieces and tear the lettuce. Set aside.
Pour the browned meat into the strainer and allow the excess fat to drip off.
Return the meat to the skillet and pour in the taco seasoning mix.
Mix the seasoning mix and the browned meat together until they are completely mixed.
Remove tortillas from heat and fill with meat.
Add lettuce, tomatoes and salsa to each taco. Enjoy!
