How to make easy sugar free jam

Diabetics, sugar-restricted dieters, or people who limit their sugar consumption, can enjoy delicious sugar-free alternatives. Recipes that contain sugar, which causes major health complications for some, can be reduced, substituted, or eliminated to adhere to a sugar-free diet. Sugar-free homemade jam can be easily altered to a desired flavour by substituting the fruit and gelatin flavour.

Slice 2 cups of fresh strawberries and crush in a large saucepan. Add 1 cup of cold water and a 85.1gr package of sugar-free strawberry-flavoured gelatin.

Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly; bring to a boil.

Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Transfer the jam into sterilised freezer containers or jars. Allow the jam to cool thoroughly before covering. The jam may be stored in the refrigerator for one week or in the freezer for up to three months.
