Preparation method

Heat butter, condensed milk and 1 cup of coconut flakes in a medium sauce pan over low heat. Constantly stir the mixture until the butter melts and the contents begin to thicken. After about 12 minutes, you will start to notice bubbles appearing on the surface. Once it begins to bubble, turn off the heat let cool to room temperature. If you would like to speed up the process, stick the mixture in the refrigerator to cool faster.

Once the mixture has cooled, grease hands with butter and begin to make balls of dough. The mixture should easily form into a circle shape, but if the dough is too sticky, just add more grease to your hands. Roll the ball into the coconut flakes and place on a tray. Once you have rolled out all the dough, place in the fridge to cool and harden for about 15 minutes. Refrigerate until serving.
