Hi, my name is Dr. Kim Makoi, I'm a holistic chiropractor from San Francisco, California, and this is when to take apple cider vinegar. The best time of day to take apple cider vinegar is first thing in the morning, before you've had your breakfast. So at that time it's a good idea to go ahead and mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in an eight ounce glass of water, and go ahead and drink the mixture. If the taste is unpleasant for you, you can also purchase apple cider vinegar in capsules, and then just swallow those. Again, first thing in the morning is usually best. A good time to take apple cider vinegar is when you feel like you're getting a little bit run down. Or if you feel like your diet has been very heavy on the refined foods and you're starting to feel sluggish, maybe a little bit toxic. Those are all good signs that your body could probably use some of the tonifying and alkalizing benefits of apple cider vinegar. And that is when to take apple cider vinegar.
