When you are missing someone, such as a significant other, what better way is there to show her that that she is being thought of than by sending a bouquet of vibrant, pretty flowers? Flowers can conjure up so much emotion, and can brighten a person's day greatly.
For individuals that are seeking flowers that are appropriate for conveying the simple message "I miss you," various suitable options are available.
Stargazer lilies are brightly coloured hybrid lilies that are characterised by their sweetly fragrant scents. Stargazer lilies have been in existence since 1978, when they were created by a Californian lily breeder. The flowers were named because of their upward facing blooms. Stargazer lilies have a romantic ambience due to their attractive pink, red and white petals, and can be very useful to send someone as a poignant "I miss you" message, due to their underlying symbolism as vessels for true feelings and emotions.
Carnations are common "I miss you" flowers. Pink and red carnations can both be used. Pink carnations are often used to signify the concept that someone is unforgettable, while red carnations symbolise both admiration and missing another. A sweet and sentimental way of making someone aware that they are missed is by sending a dozen carnations in a vase, whether they are all red, all pink, or mixed in together. Carnations are characterised by their soft and sweet fragrances.
White orchids are graceful flowers that symbolise many different concepts, including purity and elegance. White orchids provide an ambience of wistfulness and loneliness, and therefore are highly suitable as "I miss you" flowers. The recipient of the white orchids can also easily place the flowers into a simple pot, and as a result constantly be reminded of the loved one that sent him or her the flowers. White orchids are also very easy to care for and maintain.
What flower could be more romantic than a classic rose? For an "I miss you" rose, delicate and pale "sweetheart roses" are suitable due to their understated and softly romantic auras. Place peach, cream and pink sweetheart roses inside of a glass bubble bowl and accompany them with some eucalyptus. This arrangement creates both a feeling of romance and loneliness, with a dash of festivity.
