How to Download a Movie to My Laptop

Many things became possible with the advent of high-speed Internet, including the possibility of downloading full-size movies directly to your computer. Downloading movies is both simple and inexpensive with the use of legitimate download services such as iTunes and Napster. Before long, you will be able to use your large-capacity hard drive to store an entire library of your favourite films.

  1. Click on the "Start" menu, open the "All Programs" list, and open your download client of choice.

  2. Type in the name of the movie in the "Search" bar and press "Enter."

  3. Click on the movie to be downloaded and press the "Download" button to start the operation.

  4. Open the "Start" menu, click on the "All Programs" menu, open the "Accessories" folder, open the "System Tools" folder, and click on the "Disk Defragmenter."

  5. Select the drive letter of your hard drive from the list and press "Start." This will reorganise your hard drive so that all of the movie data is together on the disk, preventing skipping issues or crashes.
