Hi, this is Pablo Poplovitch here at The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Center in Oakland Park, Florida. We're going to be working now in how to increase your cardio for black belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. So, a lot of times, when we want to increase our cardio, what we do is we do drilling, you know? We keep drilling the same technique, and what that's going to do is, it's going to work all parts of your body all at once, and it's going to condition your body for a specific position in jujitsu, okay? So, what we're going to do now is, we're going to get the Arm Bar, and we're going to drill it multiple times. And, what Jay's going to do, he's going to do it one side, and the other side, so that way in a match, you are conditioned to catch the guy, and if he's defender, you're going to have the stamina to finish the guy at any given time in the match, because you condition to do so. So, what he's going to do, he's going to start real slow, he catch one arm, he goes back, he's doing the other arm, okay? Now, he's doing it real slow right, it's easy to do, but if you add speed to it, okay, look how he's going to work his abs, and he's going to work his whole body. And what we do is, we do this about a minute, and we keep drilling multiple sides. Another position we can do, let's do the Kimura, Jay. Same thing. So, you condition your body to keep trying to catch the opponent. He's going to be defending, not a problem, you're going to be conditioned to finish him. So, he's doing multiple sides now. Let's do a triangle, Jay, same thing. Now, his legs are starting to get tired, but it doesn't matter, because we're going to be doing this every day. So, this has been how to increase cardio for black belts in Brazilian jujitsu. Once again, this is Pablo Popovitch from The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Center in Oakland Park, Florida.
