Hi this is Ken. I'm here to talk to you about the basics of golf. Chipping and the sand trap is basically the last thing I want to talk to you about. To chip we usually use a wedge, and it is a short little stroke through the ball. You are not hitting you are just going to do a half stroke. Just hitting the ball into the air closer to the hole. Keeping Your arm stiff and just going through the ball. Sometimes you may wind up in a sand trap. We have a sand wedge as close to the wedge, like the wedge itself called a sand wedge. Same kind of stroke the only difference is that you are not allowed to touch the ball in the trap, and we hit underneath the ball and we have the sand drive the ball out.. So we come and the force from the sand hitting right behind the ball. Here is the ball and we are going to hit right behind the ball, and the sand is going to drive that ball out of the hole. We don't hit to hard. We come underneath the ball. Remember that it a loft club. Thank you very much!
