The Incredible Hulk is a superhero who has had his own comic books, television show and movie. If your child decides on the Hulk as a party theme, begin to incorporate the theme with the invitations. At the party, plan for Incredible Hulk activities such as bulking up muscles and playing tag--Incredible Hulk style.

Colour an Incredible Hulk picture. Cut it out and paste it onto the front of a folded sheet of paper. Above and under the picture, write something similar to "Get your muscles ready. You're invited to an Incredible Hulk Party." Write the party information, such as the place, date and time on the inside of the invitation.
Incredible Hulk decorations are difficult to find, or they are possibly out of your budget. As an alternative, simply decorate with green streamers, plastic ware and a tablecloth. You can even make a simple cake with white icing dyed green rather than buying or trying to make your own Incredible Hulk cake.
Hold a mini boot camp for kids to "bulk" up their muscles. Ask them do push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks and lift small 1- or 0.907kg. weights. They can stuff their shirts and trousers with rags or old clothing to pretend they are as big as the Hulk. Take a group picture of the kids bulked up.
Incredible Hulk Tag
Play tag. "It" can wear a green cape to signify he is the Incredible Hulk. Cut up a green disposable table cloth to use as the cape. The Hulk (It) chases down the other players who are the bad guys. When someone is tagged, he becomes a good guy too and puts on another green cape and helps the Hulk tag the others.
Purchase an inflatable kid's punchbag, the kind that bounces to the floor when hit and then pops back up. Kids can take turns karate chopping, hitting, tackling and kicking the "bad guy." Before a child gets a turn with the punchbag, think of a scenario so he can pretend he is a super hero. For example, he can pretend the bad guy (punchbag) is threatening to destroy the city with a bomb, and he must stop him.
Other Hulk Activities
Play music. When the music is on, kids stomp around and pretend they are the Incredible Hulk. When the music stops, they slow down and walk around normally like his alter ego Dr. Robert Bruce Banner. Hire a face painter to paint the kids' faces like the Incredible Hulk or other superheroes if desired.
