On Facebook you can share a plethora of personal contact information on your profile. This info can be made publicly available to anyone who visits your page, or limited to your connected friends. If your connected friends have shared their phone numbers on Facebook, this information can be transferred and synced with your iPhone contacts or your Microsoft Outlook profiles. Additionally, with a script for a special Firefox extension known as Greasemonkey, you can transfer the contact numbers to your Address Book. Several other plugins and third-party applications help sync your contact lists with other phones and devices.

Launch Firefox and download the Facebook Phonebook Exporter script (userscripts.org/scripts/show/56546). Click "Install" in the prompt to install the script. This script is installed to your Greasemonkey extension, a Firefox add-on that allows you to run scripts to edit the way you interact with and receive information from certain websites. Greasemonkey is available from the Mozilla add-on website.
Log into your Facebook account and click the "Friends" tab. Click the "Manage Friends List" button and click "Contacts."
Click "Tools" in the Firefox toolbar and select "Greasemonkey." Highlight the "User Script Commands" heading and select "Export Facebook Phonebook."
Select "Export as VCard."
Select "Open with Address Book." You are prompted to add the contact information to the existing list of contacts in your Address Book. Click "OK" to confirm. Contact information is merged, and your old data is preserved.
Download and install the OutSync app from the official website.
Double-click to launch OutSync. Enter your Facebook account information to connect the app with your profile. Two columns will appear with your friends' contact information. The left column indicates names from Facebook that have matched names in your Outlook contacts. The right column lists names that have not matched with Outlook contacts; these names will not be affected or edited.
Scroll through the list of available contacts in the left column. Check any contacts whose information you want to transfer to Outlook. Click "Sync" to begin merging the information with your Outlook contacts.
