    The Doodle Makes a Poodle

  1. 1

To make the body, draw two circles horizontally next to each other and make a squiggly line to attach these two circles.

  2. 2

Draw a smaller circle above the left body circle to make a head. Add squiggly lines for the curly fur.

  3. 3

Sketch even smaller circles on top of the head and to the left of the head to make a nose and a poodle pom-pom.

  4. 4

Doodle some squiggly lines on the bottom of the two big circles to make four furry dog legs.

  5. 5

Draw a curly line from one circle to the next to attach the neck and tail. Add squiggly lines to look like fur throughout your drawing.

    Finishing Touches

  1. 1

Add a dot for the tip of the nose and a dot for the eye.

  2. 2

Colour in the drawing with colour pencils, crayons, or markers.

  3. 3

Make your drawing unique by adding things. For example, do you want your poodle wearing a sweater or a bow?
