Avaya Voicemail Instructions

Avaya is a company that provides network phone systems for office buildings. If you work in an office building with an Avaya system you know that you can call from phone to phone by entering extension numbers. The Avaya phone system offers various features, such as speaker phone and volume control on its devices and the ability to call multiple lines. These phone systems also come with a voice mail feature; you can access the voice mail feature from an on-site phone via extension numbers.

Pick up the phone handset, select a line and enter the office voice mail extension number. The administrator will have created this number when he set up the system.

Press the "#" key and enter your personal extension number.

Enter your personal password and press "#." You are then connected to the voice mail system and can listen to your messages.
