How to Install a Saab Aux-in Cable

Auxiliary inputs on your Saab allow you to connect iPods and other personal audio devices directly to your car's stereo system. No more fumbling with FM transmitters or invasive installation procedures. Simply use an 3.5mm stereo-cable to connect your device right into the Saab's radio.

  1. 1

    Locate the headphone jack on your MP3 player or other audio device.

  2. 2

    Plug one end of the stereo cable into the headphone jack.

  3. 3

    Connect the other side of the cable into the "Aux-In" port on the Saab's dashboard. The Aux-IN cable is now installed to your Saab.

  4. 4

    Turn on your MP3 player and press the "Aux" button on the Saab's radio to listen to the audio from the MP3 player.
