Voice mail service is offered on the BlackBerry Bold by your mobile service provider. Your voice mail service must be disabled through your mobile phone provider. Once your service is disabled, you will not be able to receive any voice mail messages, and any saved messages will be deleted. You can have your voice mail enabled through your mobile service provider at any time.
Contact your mobile service provider from any land line or mobile phone. If possible, do not call from your mobile phone because customer service may require you to power down your phone during the call to ensure that the changes take effect.
Provide the customer service representative with your account PIN number or the last four digits of the account holder's Social Security number.
Request that your voice mail be disabled on your Blackberry Bold. Power your phone off and back on when prompted by the customer service representative. Your voice mail will be disabled until enabled again through customer service.
You can also disable your voice mail by logging in to your online account and selecting "Add/Change Features."
