Mobile service providers offer voice mail service to customers so you never have to miss a phone message. This service is provided with your mobile phone when activated and is based on your mobile provider. Once your voice mail has been activated, you will not be able to disconnect your voice mail service from your mobile phone. To disable or disconnect your voice mail, you must contact your mobile service provider.
Call your mobile service provider from your mobile phone or land line phone.
Tell the customer service representative your account PIN or the last four digits of the account holder's Social Security number.
Request that your voice mail service be disabled. Your voice mail service will be disconnected immediately and will remain disconnected until reactivated.
