Many alternative practitioners use crystals to encourage the body's natural healing ability. The helpful properties of these crystal points, which are long single crystals that end in a sharp point, are thought to be heightened by wrapping the crystal point with copper wire. In order to make the crystal's powers the most effective, it is important to wrap the copper wire around it in a specific way. This will ensure that the crystal sends out as much healing energy as it can.

Instructions

  1. 1

Place the crystal point horizontally in your left hand, across your palm from the middle of your palm to the tip of your index finger.

  2. 2

Twist the end of a thin copper wire around the end of the crystal point on the middle of your palm.

  3. 3

Wrap the wire around the crystal point in a clockwise manner. If you wrap the wire in even numbers, it can have a greater ability to produce healing energies.

Cut the end of the thin wire using wire cutters.

  5. 5

Curl the end of the wire into a circle using needle nosed pliers. This will prevent the sharp end from cutting anything.
