T-Mobile offers "Content Lock" for its customers, a service that does not allow minors under the age of 18 to access restricted websites. If a user turns 18 while his phone is still under content lock or accidentally sets his phone on content lock, he can easily change it by confirming his age over the phone or online.
Turn your T-Mobile phone on.
Follow the steps over the phone to confirm the user is over the age of 18 and is able to access restricted websites.
Go to the T-Mobile website. Log in.
Click "Phone" on the main login page.
Click "Removed" under "Content Lock." Click "Set" to save the settings.
You can also remove the content lock by going to a restricted website and entering in your personal information to prove you are 18 or older.
